I literally do the same thing where I talk to myself and try to work through my thoughts and emotions, the good and the ugly. I’ve been depressed for nearly over a decade now and knowing that I’m going to be depressed and anxious forever makes me feel so hopeless. I hope one day we can all find inner peace 🫶🏻

My depression started to get worse with pmdd(pre menstrual dysphoric disorder) I thought it would stop but its been two weeks of waking up exhausted and not enjoying my hobbies...I can't believe ITS BACK:(

He would help you get rid of the shame you feel. He loved you, he died for you. You are worthy to Him. Please pray to Him that He would open your eyes to Him and His love. Your allowed to have no desire, and just lay around. Enjoy laying around genuinly. You can think about laying around as a , recharging period or creative incubating. Dont look at these periods of times, see them as blessings posdible. Even the doldrums can be invigorating, as long as you dont fight it. I dunno just some ideas. What about painting, some crazy impressionist acrylic shit. Might produce some amazingness!

If you sleep that much, try taking Citrulline Malate - helps to keep fit physically. Hypodynamia is bad, makes it worse. Have you considered autistic burnout? autistic + ADHD especially

Depression really sucks, you’re definitely not alone with this illness. As someone with MDD im sorry you have to deal with this in your life, but keep fighting. I hope you’re doing better now. Take care.

I feel your struggle so much, I have bipolar 2 and my depression episodes are really intense. It's literal hell thinking that I've already been dealing with this for so long and is it going to be like this for the rest of my life? What a nightmare

It will be very helpfull if you started to exercise . Personally this helped me the most with my depressive episodes. I was just drunk a lot of coffee put on some music and I was ok for a week . Or you can find a way not to avoid the episodes but to get out of them quicker

I understand how you feel❤ It fucking sucks. Have you tried TMS or ketamine injections? These treatments are for people who don't respond to SSRIs.

Oh my god I can relate soo much to what you are saying. I believe I have pmdd and really struggle with everything you are talking about. I'm also an artist and when I have my episodes I just can't create and when I try I get so frustrated I have to walk away. I want a part time job but I've left so many jobs because of my mental health I just don't think I can deal with it. I get severe rage and just the sound of someone eating in the office has set me off before 🙈

ive been living like this for a while now it it truely is hell on earth.... doesnt help that im at an important part of my life right now where im graduating college and really need to focus on working and finding a job with my degree, but like you said, i have no passion in what im doing... i dont get excited anymore, i cant even enjoy listening to my favorite songs or watching my favorite shows because it gives me little to no enjoyment and idk why. Every now and then my brain chills tf out for like a couple hours and lets me enjoy what i like but its like my brain always resets the next day and its so fucking exhausting trying to find that peace again and again just to have it for such a small amount of time
